What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep. As we move through a complete and total body scan, so soften and release.
Who can go?
Five peeps are welcome. Register HERE.
What do I need to do?
Bring a yoga mat, and perhaps a small blanket or bunched up sweater to get extra comfy. We will handle the rest. Bring a mask for when you’re in common areas. This event will allow for six feet of elbow room.
